Klamath County Oregon Land

Today we’re going to be talking about buying Oregon land.  Specifically land in Klamath county.  Klamath county is one of the last few places where you can still buy cheap land.  In the 1960′s a small section of national forest land was sold to some land developers who then subdivided it into 2.5 acre parcels.  They had grand dreams of making millions but it didn’t turn out very well for them because the land was only zoned “recreational”.  The number of people who could afford to buy property simply for pleasure was quite low and not many of the lots sold.
