<p>Assets’ paying for other assets is a sweet thing.  When you work for you money you are like ninety percent of the country.  When you have your money working for you, that&#8217;s when it gets fun.  When your small business turns a profit you can use to buy some property which cash flows enough to pay for some mutual funds, then you can begin to see the magic of combining asset classes.
